Epoxy coated mild steel wire mesh is mainly used as a support layer for hydraulic or air filters.
Epoxy coated aluminum mesh is a kind of composite mesh material formed by using aluminum mesh as the base material, alternately weaving up and down the aluminum wires in warp and weft, and coating epoxy resin on the surface.
Stainless steel mesh twill weaving is the structure of warp and weft wires interwoven in a circular pattern of "across many, through many" to form an inclined pattern, and the process of which is accurately controlling the tension by special equipment to realize the crossing pattern of 2/2, 3/1, etc.
Stainless steel plain woven mesh adopts plain weaving process, i.e. each warp wire and weft wire are interlaced vertically with each other, one on top of the other.
Phosphor bronze wire mesh (or cloth) is available in both plain and twill weaves. It is composed of copper, zinc, tin, and phosphorus. Tin enhances strength and corrosion resistance, while phosphorus improves wear resistance.
Brass mesh is woven in plain weave from brass (a copper-zinc alloy, H60-H90). It combines the basic properties of copper with enhanced strength from zinc, making it one of the most widely used copper alloy wire meshes in industry.
Red copper mesh is woven from pure copper wires with a copper content of over 99.5%. It gets its name from its purplish-red surface and is also known as shielding mesh or red brass mesh.
